This blog will also undergo some changes after the 1st of the year. The focus will be email compliance with particular coverage and insight on the court cases, enforcement actions and legal issues we face as the email marketing industry. Look for guest posts from prominent legal minds and thought leaders as we work to shape email marketing as the leading medium in interactive, direct and all of marketing.

Look for email compliance and reputation services to increase in influence over email marketing in 2008 and watch as we begin the journey officially into Global Email Compliance. The time for email’s Renaissance is now.
